Piperidines- Azatadine, Cyproheptadine, Phenindamine Miscellaneous- Astemazole, Loratadine, Terfenadine Second Generation ( Peripherally selective ) Phthalazinone - Azelastine Piperazine - Cetrizine Refer - Chlorpheniramine maleate
Studies with diazepam and cimetidine have revealed no evidence of interactions.
As with other antihistamines, it is advisable to avoid excessive alcohol consumption. CNS depressants

Adverse Reaction:
Occasional reports of mild and transcient subjective side effects such as headache, dizziness, drowsiness, agitation, dry mouth, and GI discomfort.
Occasional symptoms of hypersensitivity have been reported.
Contra-Indications:
Hypersens to the drug,lactation.
Special precautions:
Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Caution while driving or operating machinary. Elderly with reduced renal function.
