Drug Interaction:
Refer Diclofenac sodium
Indication:
Sprains, strains, bruises, soft tissue rheumatism
Adverse Reaction:
Local erythema, priritus, dermatitis. photosensitivity Severe hepatic reactions, including liver necrosis, jaundice, fulminant hepatitis and liver failure
Contra-Indications:
Aspirin /anti-inflammatory induced allergies Special precautions: Avoid broken skin, eyes, mucous membranes, Do not use occlusive dressings Monitor LIFTs periodically during prolonged use. Pregnancy and lactation
Dosages/ Overdosage Etc:
Sprains, strains, bruises, soft tissue rheumatism Rub gently into affected areas 3 to 4 times daily
Pregnancy and lactation:
Excercise caution if it required to be used during pregnancy and lactation
