Indication:
Mild to moderate pain
Adverse Reaction:
Tolerance, dependence, nausea, vomiting Constipation, dizziness, lightheadeness, Rash, Hepatic changes Abdominal pain Hepatotoxicity, respiratory depression (overdose only) Risk of hepatotoxicity , among chronic heavy alcohol users Sports events - restricted /banned
Contra-Indications:
Active alcoholism Gross hepatic damage Sucidal tendencies, history of drug abuse Afddiction prone persons Special precautions- Impaired renal or hepatic function. Respiratory depression , high doses, prolonged use, sucidal prone persons, Concomittasnt admin of tranquillizers, antidepressants or excessive alcohol use Children Elderly Debilitated Pregnancy, lactation
