Functional dyspepsia
Adverse Reaction:
Hyperprolactinemia, acute dystonias and dyskinesias, akathesia
Parkinsonism, drowsiness, insomnia, arrhythmias,
ECG changes, hypotension, convulsions,
Male sexual dysfunction, raised liver enzymes,
Weight gain, amenorrhoea, gynaecomastia, galactorrhoea,
Rarely tardive dyskinesia, jaundice, neuroliptic malignant syndrome
VTE, convulsions.
Contra-Indications:
Phaeochromocytoma, acute porphyria,
Eplilepsy, maniac states, hyperprolactinaemia,
Mammary dysplasia, malignant mastopathies,
Cardiac impairment, GI bleeding,
Mechanical obstruction or peforation Lactation
